Our events would simply not be possible without the help of our incredible volunteers!

We are appreciative of the time and effort our volunteers have contributed to Galway Downs over the years, and we are excited to return that generosity and care back to all of you! In 2023, we are unrolling a brand new Volunteer Program aimed at recognizing and rewarding everyone's hard work.  Highlights of our new program include:

• $30, $60, and $90 eVouchers. These can be used to purchase Galway Downs "swag," reserve seats in the VIP Pavilion, enter events, or use the facility for schooling.
• Two prize drawings every year; one drawing will occur after the April International Horse Trial, and the other will occur after the November International Event. Each drawing will have 3 winners, and all volunteers are automatically entered into the drawing. Prizes include gift certificates to La Cocina Mexican Restaurant, a 2-night stay in our Pony Homes, and a round of golf at Temecula Creek Inn!
• Volunteer of the Year: the volunteer who accumulates the most hours over the course of the calendar year will be recognized on a perpetual trophy displayed at all of our events.
• Trainer Incentives: trainers who bring volunteers to the event will be automatically eligible to win a free horse trial entry! Two free entries are up for grabs over the course of the year.
